Called To Serve

Carole reads from Ezekiel ch 2:! to ch 3:15. Colin continues in his series from Ezekiel s book.  When God calls us to serve him, we need to remember that there is a price to pay. If we want to feel appreciated or be in the limelight, that is not what it’s all about. Ezekiel was called to go to stubborn and rebellious people, people who would refuse to listen and who would make life uncomfortable for him. That is what we are called upon to do today. We cannot water down the message – we must deliver God’s message with love, compassion and with faithfulness to God. Ezekiel was overcome with emotion, and we should be to. But go, we must. Are we ready and willing?
